We develop the political strategy, audience targeting, message architecture, and sequencing for a defined campaign cycle. This is the air war: the plan that connects what you are saying to who needs to hear it and when.


Deliverable: Campaign strategy document with political landscape analysis, audience segmentation, message framework, and tactical sequencing.

Price: Typically, £5,000–£8,000 + VAT per campaign cycle, depending on scope and complexity.


Strategic Impact Review

A 10-day diagnostic of your organisation's external-facing functions: advocacy, campaigns, communications, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement. We assess what is working, what is not, and where the highest-value changes lie. You receive a Board-ready roadmap with three priority pivots and a costed implementation plan.


Deliverable: Written report with strategic roadmap and three priority recommendations.

Includes: Stakeholder interviews, document review, team assessment, Board-ready output.

Price: £8,000 + VAT. With implementation workshop: £9,500 + VAT.

Timeline: Typically, 4–6 weeks from kick-off to final report.


Crisis and Reputation Management

When something goes wrong, or is about to, you need someone who has been through it before. We provide rapid-response crisis counsel, reputation risk management, and structured support for leadership teams under pressure. The retainer includes an initial audit of your crisis readiness, so we are not starting from scratch when the call comes.


Retainer: £2,500 + VAT per month. Includes initial crisis audit and up to 20 hours of support per month.

Scope: Media management, stakeholder communications, internal messaging, regulatory engagement, and scenario planning.


Governance and Board Effectiveness

An independent review of how your Board and senior leadership team work together. We examine governance structures, decision-making, delegation, regulatory compliance, and the Chair–CEO relationship. The output is practical: what to keep, what to change, and how to do it without disrupting organisational momentum.


Governance Review: £9,000 + VAT. Includes trustee and director interviews, document review, analysis of governance framework and scheme of delegation, and a written report with prioritised recommendations.

Facilitated Board Away Day: £2,500 + VAT. Design, preparation, and delivery of a structured session around a specific governance or strategic challenge, with a written summary of outcomes and agreed actions.


Interim and Fractional Leadership

Senior leadership capacity when you need it, without a permanent hire. We step into Director-level or CEO-adjacent roles on a fractional basis. This is not a placeholder appointment. We take ownership of a defined brief, make decisions, and are accountable for outcomes.


Deliverable: Defined by the brief. Typically includes a 90-day plan, regular Board reporting, and a structured handover.

Day rate: £850–£1,200 + VAT, depending on the role's complexity and time commitment.

Monthly packages: One day per week: £3,500 + VAT/month. Two days per week: £7,000 + VAT/month.

Minimum engagement: Three months.


Executive Transition and Mentoring

The first 100 days in a new senior role set the trajectory for everything that follows. We provide structured mentoring for incoming CEOs and directors, focused on early priorities, stakeholder relationships, Board dynamics, and the decisions that matter most in the opening quarter. This is not coaching in the abstract. It is practical, experienced counsel from someone who has done the job.


First 100 Days programme: £3,500 + VAT. Six sessions of 90 minutes over three months, plus email support between sessions.

Best suited for: Newly appointed CEOs and directors in charities, membership bodies, and mission-led organisations.

All prices exclude VAT. Travel and expenses, where required, are agreed in advance. Payment terms: 14 days.
