Chris brings substantive Board experience across mission-led organisations, including Chair roles and trustee responsibilities, with a focus on governance that drives delivery rather than process for its own sake. He has led and strengthened Board practice on strategy, finance, risk, performance oversight, executive accountability, and stakeholder assurance, including supporting and appraising senior leaders, and handling sensitive issues with discretion. He also brings practical experience in regulatory governance, including formal liaison with the Charity Commission and the Electoral Commission.
